1. Returns

We accept returns within 2–3 working days of the delivery date.

Returned items must be:

Unwashed

In original packaging with all tags attached

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Beauty/cosmetic items

Used accessories

Intimate wear

Items marked Final Sale
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refunded amount.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, you can:

Place a new order for the item you want
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Send clear photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a quick replacement or solution.
6. Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
