StylesOut – Return & Refund Policy

At StylesOut, we want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!


1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 2–3 working days of the delivery date.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • To start a return, contact us at stylesout3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Beauty/cosmetic items

  • Used accessories

  • Intimate wear

  • Items marked Final Sale


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refunded amount.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, you can:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order for the item you want


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Send clear photos of the product and packaging
    We will arrange a quick replacement or solution.


6. Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
